Refund policy

Returns

We hope you love your purchase.  However, if something is not quite right, you can return the item to us within 14 days to obtain a refund.  Items must be returned to us unused with TOVE tags, packaging and labels still attached.

Shoes - When trying on shoes, please stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. Please return all items including the dust bag and shoebox. The shoebox forms part of the product and should remain intact by placing in outer packaging when sending back to us otherwise, it will not be accepted.

UK Customers
We provide free returns for customers in the UK.  Customers wishing to return an item can submit a return request and obtain a label via  tove-studio.com/apps/returns We will issue your refund within 7 days of receipt of the item.

International Customers
Customers outside of the UK wishing to return an item can submit a return request and obtain a label via   tove-studio.com/apps/returns .  Once received, we will issue your refund within 7 days.  Please note that a returns fee will be deducted from your refunded as listed below according to your location. 

USA

EU Customers
Customers in the EU wishing to return an item can contact us at returns@tove-studio.com  to request a returns label.  A member of our team will email  return label to you along with full instructions on how to arrange a courier collection at your location.  Return labels are issued at the below price and will be deducted from your final refund amount.  Once received, we will issue your refund within 7 days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please email us at returns@tove-studio.com and then place a new order for the desired item.  Please note that all shipping and returns charges are applicable for exchanges.
